WideOps used Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform to create the initial framework solution based on Google’s Gemini 1.5 Pro Gen AI LLM for Attending’s multiple use cases: a website chatbot, a technical support agent and an order-management agent.
The Challenge
Attending is a forward-looking digital-native company seeking a way to further automate their services to provide their customers with fast and helpful information and support. Their challenge was finding the right Gen AI solution that supports natural language analyzing and decision-making.
The Solution
WideOps created an integration built on Gemini 1.5 Pro models that queries the company’s data to provide relevant and accurate information about the company’s prices and offerings. This will later be the foundation for a customer support Gen AI chatbot as well.
The Result
WideOps’ framework was able to retrieve and present correct data based on the user’s input and previous conversations, providing a framework for a useful Gen AI agent.
