WideOps led the AWS-to-Google Cloud migration for EverX, including architecture design, VM migration, storage migration, networking, secure application access, cutover, validation, and post-migration stabilization.

The Challenge

EverX wanted to migrate its production environment from AWS to Google Cloud in a secure and controlled way, while minimizing downtime and migration risk. The project included moving VMs and S3 data, replacing AWS ALB and Cognito-based access, and preserving the existing application routing and endpoints.

The Solution

WideOps migrated EverX’s AWS virtual machines to Google Compute Engine and moved S3 data to Cloud Storage. We implemented VPC networking, Google Cloud Load Balancing with multiple backends and health checks, replaced Cognito with Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP), and completed the DNS cutover, validation, and monitoring.

The Result

The AWS-to-Google Cloud migration and production cutover were completed successfully. EverX validated the migrated environment and confirmed satisfaction with the project. Core workloads, storage, routing, and authenticated access now operate on Google Cloud, with follow-on discussions underway for data architecture and pipeline consulting.
