The Generative AI in Production workshop is a hands-on technical session focused on the infrastructure and operational rigor required to run Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale. Participants will transition from simple experimentation to mastering GenAIOps, learning how to leverage Google Cloud’s core services to ensure their AI applications are secure, cost-optimized, and resilient.

• Operationalizing LLMs: Moving from a “notebook” mindset to a “production” mindset using Vertex AI Pipelines and versioning.

• Evaluation & Reliability: Implementing frameworks to test for hallucinations, monitor serving skew, and maintain output quality.

• Security & Scaling: Safeguarding against prompt injections and ensuring the system can handle enterprise-level traffic without cost spikes.
