A Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system was built with a
datastore in Agent Builder for accurate responses. A prompt engineering process, performed in collaboration with Ryde, ensured
consistent, high-quality interactions for seamless customer support.

The Result

The PoC was successful. The AI support agent was seamlessly integrated into the platform, significantly improving customer support efficiency. Automation will handle more inquiries, and AI will deliver accurate, context-aware answers.
