About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing WideOps’ marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting our continued growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the technology landscape, particularly in cloud computing, who is also assertive, personable, and possesses exceptional communication skills. You will be managing all marketing activities including events, website, design, vendors, budget and more.

This position is based in our Haifa offices, with occasional travel to Tel Aviv required, as well as to events managed by the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan: Create and manage a strategic marketing plan aligned with WideOps’ business objectives, including lead generation, brand building, and market expansion goals.
  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute all company events, including conferences, workshops, webinars, and partner events (both online and in-person). This includes managing logistics, budgets, promotion, and post-event follow-up. This role requires travel to events as needed.
  • Website Management: Oversee the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Manage website updates, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Design and Brand Management: Manage the WideOps brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website graphics, and social media content.
  • Vendor Management: Source, select, and manage external vendors, including designers, PR agencies, event production companies, and other marketing service providers.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and content marketing.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform marketing strategies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, report on campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and submit a yearly marketing plan and budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology industry, with a focus on cloud computing.  
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketingץ   
  • Experience managing events, both online and in-person.
  • Must be assertive, a people person, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew – including public speaking.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce).  
  • Creative thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendors.
  • Ability to work from our Haifa offices with occasional travel to Tel Aviv and to events as needed.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience marketing cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Experience in the Israeli high-tech market.
