A leading technology company, a subsidiary of a public company, seeks a Senior Bookkeeper in Haifa. We need an experienced professional with 5+ years of bookkeeping experience up to trial balance, expert in Hashavshevet software. Responsibilities:

• Manage all bookkeeping operations: AP, AR, general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Utilize Hashavshevet software to accurately record financial transactions and generate reports.
• Monthly and annual reporting to authorities (VAT, Income Tax, National Insurance)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Managing the collection process with customers, including tracking payments, handling overdue debts, and maintaining ongoing communication with customers regarding payment issues.
• Assist with audits and other financial reviews as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
